About Me

I love my job and my work should speak for itself. Having recently signed my latest works to Reliable Source Music in London and ScoreKeepers in L.A California, I’ve been gaining a reputation of originality and quality in the field of instrumental acoustic world music.

Although I’m just 24 in age, over the past few years I’ve established myself alongside other professionals as a multi-instrumentalist, recording artist, session player and producer with a passion for blending traditional world music and modern production techniques to create film score style productions.

I have a very specialist and unique style, flair and approach on a range of plucked instruments from around the world which include: Greek Bouzouki, Bolivian Charango, Chinese Gu-zheng Harp, Turkish Saz, Indian Sitar, Spanish Guitar, Mandolin and many more instruments.

Having previously released six published library albums I have also appeared on many other albums and projects as a session musician, producer and collaborator. The BBC, Channel4 and NBC television networks have all used my music and I’ve been commissioned music from independent filmmakers across the world.

As an in-demand session musician I've worked for some of the UK's top media composers and music producers. Recent projects include playing the Bouzouki and Saz parts for the BAFTA nominated James Bond 007: Blood Stone soundtrack for award-winning composer Richard Jacques.

Film & TV Music

I love my work, this is my passion and I was fortunate to know this at an early stage in my career. Music is fast becoming an audio-visual experience and my passion is creating original, real instrumental acoustic music for Film, TV and Media projects and productions in the UK and abroad.

I deliver a very specialist, high-end and unique style of music for visual medias using my authentic instruments and post-production techniques. I often bring in other top-class musicians to create and add to my compositions and I’m always striving to create film soundtrack style productions.

My own work has been used for bespoke music, library/production music for commercials, video game cues, art gallery installations, TV program pieces and I’m currently creating soundtracks for an independent feature film set to be released in 2012. One of my library tracks was recently used on celebrity New York chef Vikas Khanna’s highly acclaimed TV program Holy Kitchens which has been shown on all over American television networks and at The White House…

Producer

As a freelance producer, I work in and have good relationships with many different studios for all kinds of projects and genres of music. Whatever the project I can find a studio to suit your needs and budget…from Abbey Road Studios - to a small location-recording set-up in a church.

I can deliver a complete in-house record production service, which includes engineering, mixing and producing signed or unsigned artists from the World, Classical and Jazz scene (these genres are my strongest area). I can also facilitate unsigned artists and get their music commercially available onto iTunes. I am selective with the acts and artists I work with as a producer, but I’m always on the lookout for exciting new projects. I’ve produced artists/musicians from all over the world, proof of which: I’m currently producing an album with award-winning Turkish singer from Istanbul at Abbey Road Studios who is signed to Universal in 2012.

Session Musician

Real instruments bring your tracks and projects alive - I deliver that service.

I've worked in session with many producers, writers, composers and artists all over the UK and I've worked and recorded in some of the top studios as recording artist and session player: Abbey Road, Soho Recording Studios, Livingstone Studios, Blueprint Studios, The Chairworks, Parr Street Studios and many more. Over the past five years I’ve been hired as a session musician to play parts on TV Commercials, Video Game Soundtracks, Movie scores, TV documentaries and countless Albums/EP’s…

For most clients, hiring recording studios can be costly and time consuming. I offer an online recording service from my home studio set-up. Here's how it works:

- Give me a call, let me know what your project is
- We discuss what instruments, ideas and budgets you have
- Send me your track/project via my DropBox or email
- I record the parts here to your requirements
- I send you a sample, you respond with modifications or changes
- When you're happy I send you a link to download the files

Collaborations

Collaboration and communication is vital to any project. I often collaborate with other media composers, artists and other creative’s in the industry to add authentic acoustic/ethnic world music textures to their productions and tracks. It’s a great process and with my online sessions service I’ve been able to do this with people all over the world.
